From March "Rīgas satiksme" customer service centre "Spīķeri" will be open also on Sundays
An opinion poll was held in January 2012 to find out what our customers think about the idea of opening one of the customer service centres also on Sundays. Almost ¼ of the respondents, or 24%, admitted that it would be very useful to open one of the customer service centres also on Sundays, because it is difficult for them to find time for visiting a customer service centre on other days of the week. 11% of the opinion poll participants welcome the possibility of choosing freely the day of visiting a customer service centre, but 4% hope that it will decrease the workload on customer service centres.
Like on workdays, on Sundays clients in customer service centre Spīķeri will be able to apply for and to receive a personalised e-ticket, to get information, to extend the status entitling them to fare discounts and to solve various e ticket related issues.
It should be reminded that "Rīgas satiksme" customer service centres are located in Riga at Prāgas Street 1, Brībības Street 191, Brīvības gatve 384b, Kurzemes Avenue 137 and Vienības gatve 76b. They are open from 9:00 till 19:00 on workdays and from 10:00 till 16:00 on Saturdays.
Starting from October 24, 2011, a toll-free information phone is available to customers round the clock, so that they could learn news and get information about "Rīgas satiksme" services as soon as possible.
